Prince Andrew embarrassed as King Charles sidelines him as a ‘diminished man’: expert

A royal palava!

Prince Andrew is “embarrassed” about his dire current situation and is staying off the radar to avoid further humiliation, according to a royal expert.

In a desperate bid to pinch a few pennies, the disgraced Duke of York has kept himself busy by attempting to maintain the 21 acres of garden on his royal family-owned estate.

Andrew, who was poised to leave the Royal Lodge after his brother King Charles cut him off financially, has taken on yard work after no longer being able to afford help.

According to royal commentator Hilary Fordwich, the former working royal is licking his wounds from the fallout of his many recent controversies.

“Prince Andrew has voiced, to friends, he’s embarrassed [by] his situation,” Fordwich claimed to Fox News.

“The declining disrepair and decay of his residence has become a spectacle, a visual reflection of the broader fallout from his despicable involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and further fall from royal favor.”

Fordwich added that the monarch, 76, is hell-bent on keeping his disgraced younger brother at arm’s length and on the sidelines.

“The definite is that for Andrew, there is no return to being a major royal figure, nor even being part of the family ever,” she told the outlet. “He is, deservedly so, a much-diminished man.”

Elsewhere, royal commentator Ian Pelham Turner has likened the royal family to a horse race.

“Prince Andrew has voiced, to friends, he’s embarrassed [by] his situation,” according to a royal expert. AP

“William and Kate [are] in sight of the winning post with Charles and Camilla hot on their heels,” he told the outlet. “Andrew is far behind choking in the dust.”

It comes just days after it was reported that Andrew’s home is falling apart.

“It is in a shocking state,” Todd Longstaffe-Gowan, the Historic Royal Palaces gardener, told the Daily Mail of the mansion’s worse-for-wear grounds.

“I won’t be knocking that into shape. It is impossible. I’ve been at Kensington Palace for 30 years and I think Royal Lodge would be quite impossible.”

Despite the disgraced royal’s best efforts at developing a green thumb, the 30-room mansion is reportedly surrounded by shrubbery and woodland.

It mimics the situation inside the residence, as shelves are being emptied by the king who recently kickstarted the process of removing precious artifacts due to maintenance and security concerns.
