High school principal charged for giving teen girls beer bong: cops

A Kentucky high school principal has been charged and placed on leave after he was busted on video giving two teen girls a beer bong at a booze-fueled party, cops said.

Anthony Procaccino, 50, was caught on camera plying out alcohol to the girls, aged 16 and 17, at his home last New Year’s Eve, Kenton County Police announced Thursday while releasing the footage.

The Scott High School principal — who was head of a local elementary school at the time — was filmed holding the beer bong high in the air as both girls drank from the multi-hosed funnel.

Procaccino could also be seen chugging from the contraption, with the footage showing cans of hard seltzer scattered on a nearby table.

The teens in the video are students at Scott High School as well as the nearby Simon Kenton High School, police said.

Authorities only started probing the incident after the teens’ parents became aware of the clip and alerted authorities last week.

At the time of the incident, Procaccino was the principal of Whites Tower Elementary, police said.

His relationship to the girls wasn’t immediately clear.

A spokesperson for the Kenton County school district said they were aware of the incident and that Procaccino had been placed on leave amid the police probe.

“This is a personnel matter, and Cody Wolf, an assistant principal at Scott High School, has been named the interim principal at this time,” the spokesperson said.

Procaccino has since been charged with two counts of aiding or assisting any person 21 years or less from being served alcoholic beverages.
