How Meghan Markle’s ‘As Ever’ logo seemingly honors her, Prince Harry’s romance

Meghan Markle seemingly paid tribute to her husband, Prince Harry, with the logo of her relaunched brand.

After announcing on Monday that she has rebranded her business from “American Riviera Orchard” to “As Ever,” she showed off the new image that would identify her brand.

Notably, the “Suits” alum explained to The Cut in August 2022 why palm trees hold a special significance for herself and the Duke of Sussex.

“One of the first things my husband saw when we walked around the house was those two palm trees,” she said of their $14 million home at the time. “See how they’re connected at the bottom? He goes: ‘My love, it’s us.’”

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, noted that when their son, Prince Archie, walks by the trees every day, he says, “Hi, Mama. Hi, Papa.”

Markle’s website currently only includes a photo of herself and daughter Princess Lilibet, 3, with the two palm trees prominent in the snap.

In addition to palm trees, Harry also has a connection to hummingbirds.

The former military pilot, 40, wrote about them in his January 2023 memoir, “Spare,” while reflecting on his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

“Soon after our return, a hummingbird got into the house,” he wrote. “I had a devil of a time guiding it out. … A mate said: ‘Could be a sign, you know?’ … Visitors, as it were. Aztecs thought them reincarnated warriors. Spanish explorers called them ‘resurrection birds.’”

He recalled the bird flying over the “sacred airspace” where Lilibet’s playpen is.

“I thought hopefully, greedily, foolishly: ‘Is our house a detour — or a destination?’” the royal wrote.

When his and Markle’s Netflix documentary, “Harry & Meghan,” premiered the previous month, hummingbirds came up again.

When Archie, 5, asked “why” they were looking for hummingbirds in their Montecito, Calif., home, Harry replied, “We won’t get a chance to be this close … ever again.

“Just watch,” he continued. “Because they are scared of humans. These guys, look at them.”

When Archie looked down, distracted, Markle could be heard asking, “You’ve got a dirty foot, sweetheart? Papa is a bird watcher, so this is a really big moment for him.”

Harry, who married Markle in 2018, played a part in the “Deal or No Deal” alum announcing her rebrand on Monday.

He could be heard kicking off her Instagram announcement by saying, “It’s recording.”

Markle went on to tell her followers that she ditched the original moniker since it “limited” the home goods products she could sell to items “manufactured and grown in” the Santa Barbara area.
