Woman reveals funny hack for getting responses on dating apps

Photoshop fail or first date?
A creative woman is sharing the shocking way she slides into men’s messages on dating apps.
TikTokker Madeline Salazar — who goes by @immadsal — often Photoshops herself into the photos men post on their profiles to give them a picture of what their lives could look like.

The self-proclaimed “Photoshop and AI expert/comedian” has used the creative opener several times — and has even posted a TikTok series showcasing her bold moves.
“I thought my Bumble match had such cute pictures but I thought I could make them even cuter…by adding myself! So I photoshopped myself in and sent it to him,” she said in a video captioned “Adding Myself to Guys Bumble Pics Pt. XIX.”
In her videos, she shares the incredibly detailed process of altering the photos to add herself to the shot.
Salazar then sends the new picture to the guy responding to a prompt on his profile and eagerly awaits a response.
“I loved! It definitely turned out better than the original!” the man sweetly replied.

“We’re gonna have to get matching spandex,” she quipped.
She receives mixed — or no — responses from the men — but her viewers love it.
“Girl how aren’t you married at this point already?” someone asked.
“You must be going on multiple dates a day because these are amazing!!!” another commented.
In her most recent video, Salazar revealed that her tactic did in fact score her a date.
She messaged a man named Ryan a photo of herself added to a picture of him standing on the bow of a boat to make it appear as if they were both wearing life vests and smiling at each other.
Salazar sent the photo in response to the prompt: “What’s your dream vacation destination?”

“10/10 on creativity,” Ryan responded with a clapping Emoji. “I’m impressed.”
The two had a bit of banter until she learned that he was just in town for a short while on a work trip.
However, the chat was revived when Ryan revealed that he learned of her TikTok series and “had a good sense of humor” saying he thought the TikTok was “funny.”
He then admitted that he’d since received several messages on dating apps from women who had seen him in her videos and said the least he could do was buy her a drink.
Salazar hadn’t ever met up with anyone from her stunts and wanted to pick his brain about how her move came across.
“I was nervous he would think I was crazy but he didn’t he thought it was really funny,” she shared.
The single gal said that her wild first message worked as a great icebreaker.
When discussing pulling stunts to slide into a hottie’s messages, Jaime Bronstein, a licensed therapist and author of “Man*ifesting: A Step-by-Step Guide to Attracting the Love That Is Meant for You,” notes that in the end, the recipient will likely interpret the effort however they want, depending on whatever feelings are or are not there.
“You could note that the sky is blue,” she previously told The Post. “If someone is interested, they will respond positively to you.”
