Demi Moore goes edgy in drop-waist leather gown on SAG Awards 2025 red carpet

Demi Moore certainly brought the edge to the SAG Awards 2025 red carpet.
On Sunday night, the actress arrived at LA’s Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall rocking an all-black leather Bottega Veneta dress complete with a voluminous peplum and corset-style drop-waist silhouette.
Moore, 62, styled her long, black hair with a subtle wave and wore a natural glam makeup look, accessorizing with a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. gold, diamond-covered statement necklace and bracelet.
She added matching ear clips and a ring all from the same collection.
The star certainly has a lot to celebrate tonight, as she’s nominated for outstanding performance by an actress in a leading role for her work in “The Substance”
Moore — who plays Elisabeth Sparkle, a former actress and fitness guru who gets fired from her job on her 50th birthday — called the film an “exploration of the violence that we have have against ourselves,” while speaking on the Netflix carpet.
She continued, “We can be so violent and brutal against ourselves. That was the most new and, for me, the most rewarding and captivating and brought about the most liberation at the end of this.”
Moore told Page Six more about the film’s message at The Gothams 34th Annual Film Awards in NYC just last month.
“What we have the power to change is the violence that we hold against ourselves and that the better you is you,” the mom of three told us.
Moore has been forthcoming about the difficulties of shooting the mind-bending film, which explores agism in Hollywood. In one scene, her character applies and reapplies makeup, which the actress called “one of the most heart-wrenching moments in the film” that “broke” her.
In real life, however, she’s still rocking a youthful glow — including at the Golden Globes 2025 red carpet last month, where the star shined bright in a golden Armani Privé gown.
Her dress featured a sculptural neckline and wavy 3D detail from top to bottom, bedazzled at the necklace. She complemented the sparkle with dangly earrings.
Moore wore her signature luscious locks in a side part, while her makeup consisted of a coordinating gold smoky eye and light pink lipstick.
At the event, she ended up taking home the award for best actress in a motion picture, musical or comedy.
