Bringing the excellence and royalty of classic ballet, the State Ballet Theatre of Ukraine returns to NJPAC, 1 Center Street, Newark for a special presentation of the beloved Holidays show The Nutcracker. Fueled by Tchaikovsky’s incomparable tunes such as “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy” and “Waltz of the Flowers”, the troupe of wonderful and athletic dancers, along with gorgeous costumes, magical sets and live-action toys make it a dazzling holiday experience.

Final days to discover the electrifying blend of tap, jazz, street and swing with A Very Swing Out Holiday, the Joyce’s original production conceived by choreographer Caleb Teicher, featuring live music and creating a contagiously fun show that wraps up with the audience dancing on stage along its fabulous dancers.
Performances are thru Sunday December 15. Next week, the amazing Les Ballet Trockadero de Monte Carlo returns with their irresistible debauchery with a double program running December 17 thru January 4.

A must-see this Holiday season, the incomparable Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater continues their Holidays season at New York City Center, 131 W 55th Street (between 6th and 7th Avenues) performing thru January 5th.
