Denise Richards Navigates Work, Motherhood And A Run-In With Nemesis Erika Jayne In The ‘Denise Richards and her Wild Things’ Trailer
After her iconic, but short-lived run on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, Denise Richards is returning to Bravo to headline a brand-new reality series! Denise Richards and her Wild Things will follow the Hollywood icon as she navigates her career path while being a loving wife to husband Aaron Phyphers and a doting mother to three beautiful daughters: Sami, Lola and Eloise.
Richards first offered up her family life as material for a reality series more than 15 years ago with Denise Richards: It’s Complicated. At the time, she was freshly divorced from ex-husband Charlie Sheen and dealing with public scrutiny and professional woes while raising her daughters. Luckily, this time around, Richards has Phyphers to depend on as they work diligently to provide for their family and guide Sami, Lola and Eloise through life’s many bumps. Fans can trust that there will be as many hilarious hijinks as tender moments throughout the series.
Along for the ride are Richards’ zany and numerous friends! In the trailer, we see Richards and pal Tori Spelling podcasting about Richards’ successful OnlyFans career. While lounging on a studio bed, Richards tell Spelling: “If someone wants to see my boobies, I’m like, ‘fuck, thank you!” The trailer also includes glimpses of all of Richards’ pals from the The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, including Camille Grammar and Richards joy-riding in a sports car and Kathy Hilton chugging champagne. The trailer’s real shock? Erika Jayne, Richards’ nemesis, shows up for a lunch date. “Fuck,” Richards laughs as she spies Jayne walking into the restaurant.
Not to be shown up by their mother’s famous friends, Richards’ daughters have plenty of time in the spotlight. “Being a parent in the public eye and in Hollywood is really hard,” confesses Richards to the camera during the trailer. She adds, “Especially when your parents are Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen.” As Sami and Lola bicker throughout the trailer, Richards tries to keep the peace with her trademark humor and foul mouth. “I wouldn’t speak to you like this if you weren’t such a bitch, dude,” snaps Sami at Lola during a day at the beach. “Don’t call her dude,” Richards playfully scolds. “She’s your sister.”
While life in Hollywood can be challenging at times, the Richards family can handle any obstacle (or tabloid!) if they stick together. Denise Richards and Her Wild Things will premiere with two back-to-back half-hour episodes on Tuesday, March 4, following a new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Starting Tuesday, March 11, the series will move to its regular timeslot of 9PM ET/PT.
