Inside Jessica Alba’s ‘best girls trip’ to NYC after confirming Cash Warren split
Jessica Alba jetted off to the Big Apple after confirming her and husband Cash Warren’s split.
The actress shared an Instagram slideshow of pics from her trip on Wednesday, writing that her “heart and belly [were] full.”
The “Dark Angel” alum, 43, wrote that she took her “big baby girl” — 16-year-old daughter Honor — to New York City for “one on one” time.
Alba went on to credit Giada De Laurentiis and daughter Jade, 16, for being the “best girls trip companions.”
“We had all the yummy eats, watched the incredible @ohmaryplay written and performed by @coleescola – I was blown away, beginning to end belly laughs – it was such a good time!” she continued.
“I reunited with the homies – @eglantineimbert @emesegormley – and my #MaseratiBrothers fam Maestro Bobby, Amanda Moresco and @gabriel_furman.”
Alba, who is also the mother of daughter Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7, kicked off the carousel with a mirror selfie taken while kneeling in an all-black outfit with a serious expression.
She went on to share snaps shopping, walking on snowy streets, eating at restaurants and riding in taxis.
The “Honey” star concluded with a close-up photo of flowers and the quote, “What if it all works out?”
The Manhattan getaway came two weeks after a report surfaced of Alba and Warren breaking up following 16 years of marriage.
She confirmed in a Jan. 22 Instagram statement that they had indeed called it quits.
“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba wrote, noting how “proud” she was of herself and the 46-year-old producer.
“We’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals,” she continued.
Alba called Haven, Honor and Hayes their “highest priority,” noting that they would “forever be a family.”
Warren, who started dating Alba in 2004 and married her four years later, has yet to publicly address their split.
