Jennifer Lopez steps out ahead of first Thanksgiving without Ben Affleck
Jennifer Lopez stepped out for lunch with friends in Los Angeles on Wednesday ahead of her first Thanksgiving since filing for divorce from Ben Affleck in August.
The “This Is Me… Now: A Love Story” filmmaker, 55, wore a white button-down shirt with the top buttons left open to show a hint of cleavage. She paired the blouse with flared baby blue pants.
She added beige heels, a brown leather bag and aviator sunglasses to finish off the simple look. She carried a gray plaid jacket as well.
Lopez’s actual 2024 Thanksgiving plans have yet to be revealed. It’s possible she will see her 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Meanwhile, People reported Wednesday that Affleck, 52, will take a break from filming his new crime thriller, “RIP,” to spend time with his and ex wife Jennifer Garner’s three children: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
“He’s very happy with life,” a source told the outlet. “He enjoys working. He’ll spend Thanksgiving with his kids.”
Days before the holiday, Affleck was also spotted in Los Angeles, smoking a cigarette on a solo drive.
While Affleck is single for the first time in a few Thanksgivings, Garner, 52, has been linked to CaliBurger CEO John Miller since October 2018.
They were spotted on a stroll in Los Angeles earlier this month and looked happier than ever as they grinned from ear to ear.
The pair reportedly went through a rough patch this year as Garner acted as a “marriage counselor” when Affleck and Lopez struggled near the end of their relationship.
“John doesn’t like sharing Jen, and there is a divide when it comes to her and Ben,” a source told the Daily Mail in August.
“He wishes it wasn’t like that because he understands they are a family, but it gets to him like it would anyone.”
Miller was reportedly looking forward to focusing on his relationship with Garner once the “Dance Again” hitmaker officially pulled the plug on her marriage to Affleck.
