Kanye West dropped by talent agency after antisemitic rant

Kanye West is facing consequences for his antisemitic behavior.

The rapper, 47, was dropped by his music agent, Daniel McCartney of 33 & West, on Tuesday.

“Effective immediately, I’m no longer representing YE (F/K/A Kanye West) due to his harmful and hateful remarks that myself nor 33 & West can stand for,” McCartney wrote on his Instagram Stories.

“Peace and love to all,” McCartney ended the message, with a heart emoji.

After West and his wife, Bianca Censori, pulled their shocking stunt on the Grammys red carpet earlier this month that involved Censori, 30, going nearly nude, the rapper went on a four-day-long racist, antisemitic, misogynistic and aporophobic rant on X.

Ye praised Adolf Hitler, called himself a Nazi, and denied that antisemitism is real. He’s since deleted his X account.

The American Jewish Committee condemned West for his offensive posts.

“Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) continues to purposefully use his platform to spew anti-Jewish hatred. While some may dismiss his hateful rants, we cannot overlook the dangerous influence they can have on his millions of followers, particularly on social media, where a significant portion of today’s antisemitism thrives,” the AJC told The Post. “Hate, left unchecked, only multiplies. At a time when antisemitism is skyrocketing to terrifying levels worldwide, Ye is actively endangering Jews. We urge others with a platform like Ye’s – particularly in the entertainment industry – to call out this blatant hatred.

West also caused controversy when he took out a Super Bowl ad on Sunday that directed people to a merch store only selling a $20 swastika shirt.

The Yeezy.com website went down on Tuesday after West was dropped by Shopify.

All merchants are responsible for following the rules of our platform. This merchant did not engage in authentic commerce practices and violated our terms, so we removed them from Shopify,” Shopify told Variety in a statement about the website being pulled offline.

The musician has come under fire for his antisemitic remarks before. He was previously named 2022’s Antisemite of the Year by the group StopAntisemitism.

The group cited West’s Oct. 2022 post about his plan to go “def con 3” on Jews and repeated statements that he was being controlled by Jewish executives.

West even appeared on Alex Jones’ show “Infowars,” with the conspiracy theorist later telling YouTuber Steven Crowder about West: “He said, ‘I looove Hitler’ — I think he had an orgasm over there. There’s a real creepy factor with this Hitler stuff.”

His 2022 antisemitic controversy cost him brand deals with Adidas, Balenciaga and Gap.
