Kanye West praises ‘brave’ Bianca Censori’s ‘strength’ on Grammys 2025 red carpet
Kanye West is clapping back at critics.
The rapper defended his “smart, talented, brave and hot” wife Bianca Censori‘s Grammys 2025 red carpet debut Thursday.
The songwriter, 47, claimed via X that the 30-year-old’s viral moment, in which she dropped a fur coat to reveal a completely see-through dress, “opened a whole new world.”
He gushed, “I keep staring at this photo like I was staring in admiration that night Thinking wow I am so lucky.
“She took a break from shooting her first film to make a movie in real life,” West continued, noting that Censori’s “invisible dress” was “tailored … six times” before Sunday’s event at Crypto.com Arena.
After saying they chose to “disappear” from the awards show “just like magic poof,” the Yeezy creator thanked outlets “who recognize [them] and gave [them] back the energy [they] put in” over the weekend.
“I have to give a shout out to the American Vogue team for writing an article that places my wife in a strong positive light and also recognizes rightful strength,” he noted.
West concluded by blasting “people [who] asked how would [his] mother feel,” referencing Donda West, who died in 2007.
He quipped, “You don’t know my mama bitch.”
After Kanye and Censori wed in 2022, they often make headlines for the architectural designer’s revealing outfits.
The Grammys marked their red carpet debut, with a lip reader telling the Daily Mail Monday that the “Stronger” singer instructed his wife to “drop [her] coat.”
He allegedly told her to “make a scene.”
Armie Hammer’s ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers, posted a social media statement likening the viral moment to a “humiliation ritual.”
She insisted to Kanye’s “abhorrent” defenders that the red carpet reveal was “misogyny and control at its finest.”
As for former “View” co-host Meghan McCain, she referred to Censori as a “victim” and a “hostage” in a since-deleted post.
Censori brushed off haters Sunday evening by partying in a sheer thong bodysuit, which Kanye is selling for $20 as part of his Yzy line.
She, however, kept covered up when they stepped out in Hollywood on Tuesday.
Censori, who will reportedly not face legal consequences for her step-and-repeat, wore a white jacket zipped up to her neck, completing her look with gray tights and heels.
