PHILADELPHIA — Karl-Anthony Towns is out of the Knicks’ lineup again with his latest injury.

Towns, who missed three games earlier this season due to knee soreness, will sit out Wednesday’s game against the 76ers after landing on the injury report with a sprained right thumb, according to The Post’s Stefan Bondy.

Sixers centers Joel Embiid (sprained left foot) and Andre Drummond (toe) also are slated to miss the game, with the former NBA MVP sidelined for a sixth consecutive game.

The Knicks have yet to reveal their starting lineup, but Jericho Sims had started the three previous games that Towns missed this season, his first with the Knicks following a September trade from Minnesota.

Sims also was listed as questionable after missing Monday’s home loss to the Pistons due to lower back spasms.

Towns appeared to injure his hand in the first half of that game, but he finished with 26 points and 12 rebounds in 43 minutes of action.

The 7-footer is averaging 25.4 points and 13.9 rebounds per game — second-most in the NBA — in 38 appearances.
