Loren Ridinger loves to cozy up with a book that will open her mind to new ideas.

“Books have always been one of my greatest teachers,” Ridinger tells Page Six. “Whether it’s discovering new perspectives, fueling my motivation, or finding peace in loss, the right book has the power to change everything.

“I love curling up with a great read in my bed when the world is finally quiet around me. I get lost every time in storytelling.”

Ridinger’s own book, “Scrambled or Sunny-Side Up?,” comes a little over two years after the sudden death of her husband, Miami socialite JR Ridinger.

The book, which is out Tuesday and everywhere books are sold, honors Loren’s late husband and how she found the strength to move on after his passing.

“This book was a wake-up call. It teaches you to let people be who they are and focus on what you can control. I’ve learned that not everyone will understand your journey, and that’s okay. The freedom in ‘letting them’ is life-changing.”

“After losing JR, this book brought me immense comfort. It reassured me that love never dies, and that we are all connected across lifetimes. Knowing that JR and I will always find each other again gave me peace in my grief.”

“This book is my heart. Losing JR was the hardest thing I’ve ever faced and writing this was my way of finding myself again. It’s about love, loss, and rediscovering yourself when life doesn’t go as planned.”

“Alicia Keys, my daughter, Amber, and I read this together, and every chapter was full of life-changing wisdom. It teaches four simple but powerful principles to live by, like being impeccable with your word and not taking things personally. It’s a book that truly transforms how you see the world.”

“JR used to talk about this concept all the time—how everything we need is already within us. This book is a reminder that opportunities are often right in front of us, if we just open our eyes. It’s all about finding the diamonds in your own backyard.”

“I live by this philosophy. Your mindset shapes your reality, and this book proves that. It teaches you to embrace faith over fear, reframe challenges, and believe in your own power. It’s a must-read for anyone looking to shift their perspective and create a better life.”
