Huger’s trial reportedly began on Tuesday as she faced charges of driving under the influence and driving while impaired by alcohol.

During the trial, an EMT who responded to the Maryland crash claimed Huger refused treatment but “swayed” when she eventually tried climbing inside the ambulance, per Fox5.

She also allegedly acted aggressively toward the responding EMTs, telling them to “f–k off” and “go f–k yourselves” multiple times.

However, the reality star reportedly complimented a female EMT at the scene, calling her “pretty” and “beautiful.”

Huger’s cousin reportedly testified in her defense, claiming he was on the phone with her when the crash occurred. He alleged she was upset over personal matters but did not seem drunk at the time.

At the time of the crash in March, Huger was also hit with traffic violations for negligent and reckless driving, speeding, driving with a suspended registration and failure to notify the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration of her change of address.

The entrepreneur’s lawyers reportedly tried having the case dropped before it went to trial.

In October, Huger told E! News that she felt “grateful” following the accident.

The next month, her “RHOP” co-star Gizelle Bryant insinuated that Huger had slowed down on her drinking because her “drunk calls” had allegedly stopped following the wreck.

“I actually miss them,” Bryant joked while appearing on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” show. “She hasn’t done it in a while.”
