Sean Manaea is staying in Queens.

He is signing a three-year deal worth $75 million to return to the Mets, The Post’s Jon Heyman reported early Monday morning.

Manaea, 32, enjoyed a career year this past year in his first season with the Mets, recording a 12-6 record and 3.47 ERA in the regular season and a 4.74 ERA in the postseason.

The lefty opted out of his $13.5 million contract for 2025 to test the open market, but he will ultimately end up back with the Mets pending a physical.

He represents an important piece of the Mets’ rotation.

The Mets entered the offseason with just Kodai Senga and David Peterson on the roster as bonafide members of the starting rotation.

And they already lost Luis Severino to the Athletics

But they signed Frankie Montas to a two-year, $34 million deal and Clay Holmes — whom they intend to convert from a reliever back to a starter — to a three-year, $38 million contract.

And now with Manaea, the rotation is nearing completion.
