Travel nightmare forces family of 4 to sleep in hotel laundry room (Video)
Vacation ruined! After returning from a wedding on Dec. 29, 2024, the Barclay family, from Derby, UK, found out their hotel room keycard had stopped working. Unable to fix the technical glitch, the Travelodge staff offered the travel-weary family of four the maid’s closet instead — with makeshift bedding on the floor. Mom Danielle Barclay called the experience “pretty traumatizing” for her kids, ages 12 and 8.
