It’s almost “Time.”

Starting Monday, Nov. 4, David Gilmour will begin his five-show residency at New York City’s Madison Square Garden in support of his recently-released solo album “Luck and Strange.”

And yes, in case you were worried, the Pink Floyd vocalist and guitarist makes sure to pay homage to the band that made his name.

Based on our findings at Set List FM, Gilmour performed a mix of solo tracks as well as Pink Floyd classics including “Comfortably Numb,” “The Great Gig In The Sky,” “Wish You Were Here,” “Breathe,” “Time” and more at his U.K. and LA gigs that preceded the New York leg of the run.

As a cherry on top, critics can’t stop raving about how good Gilmour is live.

In a five-star review, Metro called the 78-year-old Rock Hall of Famer’s live show “truly special” and The Times claimed ‘Luck and Strange’ is a “remarkable concert.”

If this sounds like the ultimate classic rock bucket list concert for you, seats are still available for all five MSG Gilmour gigs.

At the time of publication, last-minute tickets start at $122 before fees on Vivid Seats.

Other shows have inventory starting anywhere from $137 to $254 before fees.

David Gilmour new album

On Sept. 6, Gilmour dropped his fifth studio album “Luck and Strange.”

Made up of 11 tracks, the atmospheric hour-long record evokes the best of Pink Floyd — moody guitar riffs, foreboding vocals, haunting lyrics — while still sounding distinctly Gilmour-ian.

Some of our favorite cut include the creepy yet invigorating “A Single Spark,” funky, spiky “Dark and Velvet Nights” and soaring title track “Luck and Strange.”

All that being said, if you’re a true Gilmour guy or girl, we highly recommend listening to the album in full. Each song here is essential.

David Gilmour band members

According to a press release, here’s who will be performing with Gilmour this year:

Guy Pratt bass and background vocals

Greg Phillinganes keyboards

Rob Gentry keyboards

Adam Betts drums

Ben Worsley guitar

Louise Marshall background vocals

Hattie Webb background vocals

Charlie Webb background vocals

In regards to this troupe, Gilmour said he mixed things up because “it was all too robotic, and some people would have been better off in a Pink Floyd tribute band,” and wanted to “get people who are genuinely creative and give them a little more space.”
